Dr. B.R.Ambedkar is the Father of nation, but not Gandhi. Why?

Assertion by:

Dr. B.R.Ambedkar is the Father of nation, but not Gandhi. Why?
In a realistic sense,India is not an independent country. India was sold to British by Gandhi and his followers under Indian Independence act 1947. When sovereignty of nation is sold, Gandhi cannot be claimed as Father of the nation. India’s entry in common wealth countries is not as Independent Indian nation, but as British dominion. So where is Independent Indian nation?
Indian politicians were so hungry for grabbing political power and chairs; they have done everything to fulfill their dreams and led to partition of the country and slaughtering millions of innocent people. Gandhi and Nehru was the player of the partition.
“Gandhi was simply an opportunist who grabbed the limelight in the multi-directional Indian independence movement. He was responsible for the partition of India, a feat that took away some 10 million innocent lives. He accelerated the execution of Bhagat Singh and others (Foremost Indian freedom fighters whom Gandhi denounced as violent revolutionists). He had supported the Hindu-Muslim riots in India by remaining passive to it. A notorious demon has been made a saint today.”criptsmacker

In fact India is still controlled by British rule, Under Indian Independence act 1947. That is how it explains in nutshell.

1) Two independent  dominions, India and Pakistan shall be set in India.
2) Both Dominions will be completely self-governing in their internal affairs, foreign affairs and national security, but the British monarch will continue to be their head of the state, represented by Governor –General of India and new governor- General of Pakistan.
“The Act's most important provisions were:
 The division of British India into the two new and fully sovereign dominions of India and Pakistan, with effect from 15 August 1947;

    The partition of the provinces of Bengal and Punjab between the two new countries;
    The establishment of the office of Governor-General in each of the two new countries, as representative of the Crown;
    The conferral of complete legislative authority upon the respective Constituent Assemblies of the two new countries;
    The termination of British suzerainty over the princely states, with effect from 15 August 1947, and recognized the right of states to accede to either dominion[4]
    The dropping of the use of the title "Emperor of India" by the British monarch (this was subsequently done by King George VI by royal proclamation on 22 June 1948).

The Act also made provision for the division of joint property, etc. between the two new countries, including in particular the division of the armed forces. It is a general impression that the Indian Independence Act 1947 is just an act that was passed by the British Parliament and if the same Parliament passes similar other act over-riding the act, India will become a part of the Britain. Thus, India is still a subject for British Parliament under Indian Independence Act, 1947.”

That is how India was sold by Gandhi; I am still bewildered that India named Gandhi as father of the nation. On the other hand he also divided Indian in to a castiest nation in the world.  Even Noble prize selection committee refused three times to honor Gandhi, because he was a racist.

On the other hand Dr. B.R.Ambedkar was a great scholar, thinker, nationalist, humanist, and educationist. We call him Father of Indian Constitution, and in fact he deserved to be more than that. He gave constitutional direction to nation, still world consider India as most democratic country. It was his vision that took India to such a great height and glory worldwide.

His broad vision on fundamental rights, human rights, affirmative action and voting rights to Indian women are notably commendable.  Even women in USA which is considered top most democratic country in the world did not enjoy exercising the right to vote at that time. American Africans were fighting on racial ground during 1967, whereas all minorities in India were enjoying legal rights during 1950.

The Fake credit to Gandhi as fake Father of the nation has been given by Hinduvata extremists just one section of India society, because he was a Hindu. He was an ultra-racist.  Just to read more about his views, check out the following link.

If we compare the circumstances, Gandhi, under whose jurisdiction India was portioned and sold to British and on other hand contribution of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar on creating a balanced National ruling frame work to run the country in right direction on firm moral, ethical and legal footing that all men are equal was a groundbreaking work. If we do comparative analysis between these two personalities                             Dr.B.R .Ambedkar deserves to be Father of India.
